back to work tomorrow after a nice Easter Weekend. Was lovely :) Even though my child doesnt eat chocolates it still is awesome. Family time was good. Even though my hubby worked night shift for Fri, Sat & Sunday night, it was still good.

I sang at Church on Good Friday. Very enjoyable. My parents came along. We then rushed off to the city for a picnic in the park with my In-laws, then went to an Easter Production at one of their Churches.

Saturday we into Fremantle for lunch at the pub and to meet up with good friends visiting from Melbourne. That was so nice to catch up! Then seen my BIL and SIL and the kids there in Fremantle as well.

Sunday, went to my brothers house for Easter. My daughter had the best time. A 150 Easter Eggs hunt on my brothers property was soooo good!

Today, Easter Monday....lazy morning and a BBQ dinner at my parents.

So all in all, great weekend.

Easter is that much special when you have kids. Specially when they are at that age to understand.

Ohhh yes on Saturday night I stayed up and watched Passion of the Christ. Such a great movie. My daughter watched a bit of it too. Seeing Jesus on the cross to her was not gruesome or horrible, but something she'd heard to much about and it was like it was second nature to her. That made me really happy.

From Sunday night and still now I've felt quite ill though. I dunno why, sore tummy. My neice was sick on Friday, so I dunno maybe I caught it off her...I dunno. I do feel a tad beter now. Anyways must go to sleep!

School Holidays are good, no reason to get up and get my daughter ready. I can sleep in a bit seeing i dont start work till 9.30am, wooot

Oh I am so ooo oooo oooo looking forward to an afternoon treat today. 3 great friends are coming over for our normal Girls Night in, which is a Girls Afternoon in today. And what do you know its all hot too, great excuse for a swim!

We have soooo much yummy food! Shall be back later with photos!

Been a while.....

Well its been a while. I keep forgetting about this little blog of mine :) Alot has happened since the last blog. but thats all boring stuff :) So nevermind. tee hee.

Dreading going back to work on Tuesday. Hannah was unwell last week. Actually to tell you the truth I think last week was the worst week of my life. VERY stressful! Glad its over, well its not totally over...but we are getting there. Hannah my daughter got an insulin Pump for her diabetes. Wow its such a HUGE thing. Hence why I havent been at work. I still dont feel ready to go back to work, but I have too. Got no choice. I always feel weird going back after having time off, its horrible.

I am so tired, sleep has been very absent of late. My poor body. I really want to try and get healthy and eat well. But when I am emotionally drained there is NO chance. I am an emotional eater and become really lazy. Once life gets back on track I shall start again. Now is not the time, maybe next week. Sounds so cleche I know...but its the truth.

Well I shall hop off to bed, Hannah and I are snuggling will hubby is at work...nice.
