Scones

Oh how I love Scones with jam & cream. The making them part is annoying, cause I'm not good at making it dry. Mine are always sticky and get stuck all over my hands. But today's effort in the positive mood I am in WILL NOT be STICKY. So Nan, or Great Nanna to my DD is coming for afternoon tea. Though the issue of not hot water is still an issue. Hopefully the Plumber will come today to do it, soon. My sink is full of dishes, that I am not washing with cold water, ewwww.

Just spoke to the Plumber. We are waiting on the Owner of the property approving the fixing of the Gas Water System. Meanwhile I'm sure he's in his big mansion enjoying a clean house with a nice warm bubble bath. Extreme I know. But I need my hot water back!

So back to dreaming about my scones.....mmmmm.....yummmmy
